Neighbourhood Report Card: What’s Near Any Singapore Address

Free · No sign-up · Updated October 2026
Enter any Singapore postal code to see what's within walking distance (MRT exits, hawker centres, CHAS clinics, preschools, supermarkets and parks) with walking times. Built for house-hunting.

How this works

Enter a postal code and we locate it with OneMap, then find the nearest MRT/LRT station exit, NEA hawker centre, clinic, preschool, primary school, gym, pharmacy, mall and park from government open data and our directory.

Walking times assume 80 metres per minute along a straight line, so real walks are usually 20–30% longer.

Grades compare what's within a 5- and 10-minute walk against what most HDB towns offer. They describe convenience, not property value.

FAQs

How is the neighbourhood grade worked out?

Each essential (MRT, hawker centre, clinic, preschool, primary school, supermarket or mall, park) scores points when it's within a 5- or 10-minute straight-line walk. The total maps to a grade from A+ to D. It's a quick convenience check, not a valuation.

Where does the data come from?

MRT exits from LTA, hawker centres from NEA, CHAS clinics from MOH, preschools from ECDA, schools from MOE and parks from NParks, all via data.gov.sg, plus businesses in the Lookup directory.
