Privacy policy

Lookup does not require an account to browse. We collect standard, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site. Location is used only in your browser when you tap “Near me”, and is never stored.

When you ask Lookie, our assistant, we save your question, its follow-ups and Lookie’s replies, with the page you asked from, so we can see what people need and improve the answers. We don’t store your IP address or link questions to who you are, so please don’t include personal details such as your NRIC or phone number. Questions are processed by our AI provider to generate the reply. To ask us to delete a conversation, email lookupsgweb@gmail.com.

Business listings are compiled from public registers and open data. Sole proprietors can ask us to remove or amend a listing at any time by emailing lookupsgweb@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
