Is my business already on Lookup?
Probably. Lookup compiles listings from Singapore's public registers and open map data, so most licensed and registered businesses already have a free listing. Search for your business name to find it, then claim it.
Does paying improve my ranking?
No. Organic order is based only on verifiable signals such as licence matches and track record. Featured listings get contact details, photos and a clearly labelled featured slot, they never move up the organic list.
Why don’t free listings show my phone number or website?
Free listings are compiled from public records we can't verify contact details against. Showing contact details only for verified, claimed listings protects customers from outdated or hijacked numbers.
How do I correct or remove my listing?
Email lookupsgweb@gmail.com from an address at your business domain, or with proof of ownership, and we'll update or remove it, usually within two working days.
