How this works

GST Voucher Cash in August 2026 is S$850 for Singaporeans aged 21 and above with YA2025 assessable income up to S$39,000, living in a home with an annual value (AV) up to S$21,000, or S$450 for an AV of S$21,001 to S$31,000. Seniors also get GST Voucher MediSave: S$250, S$350 or S$450 at ages 65 to 74, 75 to 84 and 85 and above (S$150, S$250 or S$350 for an AV of S$21,001 to S$31,000). Owning more than one property rules both out.

The Budget 2026 Cost-of-Living Special Payment, raised by S$200 on 7 April 2026, pays S$400 to S$600 in September 2026 to adults with assessable income up to S$100,000 (S$600 for income up to S$22,000 and AV up to S$15,000). The final Assurance Package Cash in December 2026 is S$250 for income up to S$39,000, S$150 up to S$100,000 and S$100 otherwise. Singaporeans born in 1976 or earlier with CPF retirement savings below S$110,200 and an AV up to S$31,000 get a Budget 2026 CPF Top-Up of S$500 to S$1,500 in December 2026.

HDB households get double U-Save every quarter of FY2026 (S$190 a quarter for 1- and 2-room flats down to S$110 for Executive flats, S$760 to S$440 in the year) and 1.5 to 3.5 months of S&CC rebates. Every Singaporean household gets S$800 of CDC Vouchers (S$500 in June 2026 and S$300 in January 2027, valid to 31 December 2027), and each Singaporean child aged 12 and below gets S$500 of Child LifeSG Credits. Amounts are MOF's and govbenefits.gov.sg's as of October 2026.

How much are CDC Vouchers in 2026?

How much U-Save do HDB households get in 2026?

Double the usual amount every quarter: S$190 a quarter for 1- and 2-room flats, S$170 for 3-room, S$150 for 4-room, S$130 for 5-room and S$110 for Executive flats, credited in April, July and October 2026 and January 2027. That is S$600 in the year for a 4-room flat.
