CPF has published sums up to 2027 (BRS S$114,100, FRS S$228,200). 2026 to 2027 was a 3.5% rise.

This is an estimate, not a CPF statement. It assumes 2026 CPF rates and allocation, OA interest at 2.5% and SA at 4% plus the extra 1% on the first S$60,000, no withdrawals for housing or education unless you choose so above, and no top-ups. The payout uses CPF Board's published Standard Plan figures for a male member turning 55 in 2026; women typically receive slightly less per month as payouts last longer. Check your own figures in CPF's Retirement Payout Planner.

How this works

For members turning 55 in 2026, the Basic Retirement Sum (BRS) is S$110,200, the Full Retirement Sum (FRS) S$220,400 and the Enhanced Retirement Sum (ERS) S$440,800. CPF has published S$114,100, S$228,200 and S$456,400 for 2027. For later years the sums are an editable assumption (3.5% a year, the 2026 to 2027 rise).

We project your Ordinary and Special Account month by month to 55 using 2026 CPF contribution and allocation rates, OA interest of 2.5% and SA interest of 4% (the floor, extended to 31 December 2027), and the extra 1% on the first S$60,000 of balances (OA counts up to S$20,000), credited yearly. Pay rises are an editable assumption. MediSave is left out. At 55, your Retirement Account is formed from SA, then OA, up to the sum you choose.

The payout is read from CPF Board's published CPF LIFE Standard Plan estimates for a male member turning 55 in 2026, starting at 65: S$950 a month for the BRS, S$1,780 for the FRS and S$3,440 for the ERS, with points between interpolated. For later cohorts we read the table at the same share of the FRS, so the payout is shown in 2026 terms. Actual payouts depend on your plan, sex, top-ups and future interest.
