The story of Dan's Steaks began during Singapore's Circuit Breaker period, when Dan started delivering his mouthwatering steaks to friends and family. The word quickly spread about the deliciousness of these steaks, and soon, people were clamoring to order them. The large 1.2kg cuts of steak, cooked to perfection through sous vide and seared to perfection, became an instant hit and sold out daily. The demand was so high that a one-month waitlist was even created.
