Welcome to Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen, a cosy and contemporary grill restaurant located on the ground floor of a conservation shophouse in the charming Craig Road precinct. Our unique concept brings the seduction of fire, food, wine, and fraternity to your dining experience.

Inspired by the summer outdoor grill known as the grigliata, Griglia recreates this magic with classic grigliata dishes cooked in a specially customised cast iron charcoal grill. Our menu showcases the culinary essence of the grigliata, curated by our Executive Chef Andrea De Paola. Each dish is based on classic recipes, with flavors made lighter, more refreshing, and presented in a refined contemporary style on handcrafted Mediterranean-style tableware. Our dishes are served in unconventional small sharing portions, allowing you to indulge in a wide variety of flavors and experience the full range of our menu.
