## Licences
- **Private school registration (Education Act)** (Ministry of Education (MOE), optional): Art schools that prepare students for an official certificate, and enrichment centres, must register with MOE if they teach 10 or more people. - Decide what you want. Structured, progressive programmes build skills over terms. Art jamming and one-off workshops are social and need no commitment.
